Andrea O’Brien – Esthetician and Nail Technician
Andrea has been a team member of Salon Tii Gavo since 2003 and feels the salon is a great place to work. She is at the salon 3-5 days a week.
She has been in the industry for over 6 years. She specializes in a wide range of services including Customized Facials to fit the needs of her clients, Microdermabrasion, Waxing, Manicures, and a variety of Pedicures. One of her personal favorites is the Ultimate Facial. It is a combination of a European Facial, Microdermabrasion, with a generous facial massage and a hot stone massage on your arms and hands. It is approximately a 90 minute service of pure indulgence.
She loves what she does and has a passion for making her clients feel comfortable and relaxed. It is her goal with every service to have her clients be as relaxed as possible. She works in a calm and inviting atmosphere, with soothing music, water fountains, and lighting to set the mood for each service. She looks forward to building special relationships with each and every one of her clients. She has made some wonderful friendships.
She got started in the industry when she had her first son. She still wanted to work at least part time but also wanted a job that would allow her the flexibility to spend time with her family. She didn’t realize how much she would truly enjoy what she does. It has become the perfect for her and her family. She now has 2 wonderful boys; Chase 7, and Connor, 3. She works 3-3.5 days a week and she looks forward to every day that she is at Salon Tii Gavo. She feels very blessed to have such a great balance between work and her home life!

Betty Schaner – Hair Designer
Betty has been in the industry for more years than she can count but has stayed current on the latest hair cut and coloring techniques. She has been an educator for Paul Mitchell hair products and thoroughly enjoys the industry. She currently carries Loma products.
Christina Threlkeld – Aesthetician/Manicurist/Makeup Artist/Pedicurist
Christina’s career choice evolved from her desire to care for others, passion for wellness and her love of the beauty industry. In 1999 she became licensed in skincare, nail care, and makeup. After receiving her state license she continued extensive training including: Advanced training with the European Institute, Microdermabrasion training, Dr. Obagi blue peel training, Gene Juarez advance training, Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic drainage massage, Eyelash Extension training and she worked with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
Christina is highly dedicated to her family, friends, and community. She values the time spent volunteering at her children’s school, being part of the P.T.A., and coaching youth sports activities. She donates her time or resources towards worthwhile charities such as cancer research, Alzheimer’s, and Children’s Hospital. She enjoys sports, interior design, traveling, and downtime at home or at the salon and spa.
Jodi Jensen – Hair Stylist
Jodi Jenson is a skilled hairstylist who is committed to continued education. Jodi prides herself on keeping up with new ways to help you get the style you are personally looking for. Jodi enjoys camping and spending time with her family in her off time. Clients always enjoy the time spent in Jodi's chair.

Kate loves being a hairstylist. Her goal is to make people happy and make their best qualities shine. She is committed to helping each guest find a style, color or look that is just right for them. She enjoys attending extended education classes and especially loves foils and updos.
Katie – Massage Therapist
Katie is a native to the Seattle area. She attended Ashmead College School of Massage and has been practicing since 2004. She is nationally certified and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Katie is also an Aromatheropy and spa specialist and a certified instructor of Quick Release Techniques. Her specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue massage, hot stones and specific injury treatment.

Kirsten Esvelt – Hair Designer
Kirsten absolutely loves her chosen field! She has made a commitment to continue her education and takes salon training and various classes when the opportunities arise. Part of this continuing education has been to become a certified PureOlogist for the PureOlogy professional hair care products. She is a people person and loves the creativity involved with her profession. She enjoys seeing new faces in her chair and getting to know people as they return again and again. Kirsten stays busy doing various kinds of hair color, haircuts for men and women and facial waxing. Every hair service includes a five minute scalp massage in the shampoo bowl. She can also give you a perm for curl or body, an updo for and evening out, and she can show you how to get a style that works for YOUR hair and lifestyle.
Lannaya Swisher – Massage Therapist
Lannaya loves massage. She attended Ashmead Massage School and became a massage therapist in 2002. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone massage, and Spa body treatments. She is certified in Lypossage. She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a National Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork member. She enjoys helping clients feel more relaxed and at peace with their bodies.
Megan Woods – Hair Designer
In high school, Megan loved doing girls’ hair for special occasions and dances. She would color friends’ hair in her bathroom with color she bought from the store (it usually didn’t end up to be a good idea), but none the less she always tried again. Looking back this is what first intrigued her about hair, color, and creativity. She chose to be in the beauty/hair industry because she loves making people feel and look beautiful. She received her cosmetology license after training at Gene Juarez Academy for eleven months. Salon Tii Gavo offered her an apprenticeship position and she gladly accepted. Now, done with the apprenticeship program, she enjoys color and up-do’s most of all.
Melissa – Hair Designer
Melissa has been a stylist for 14 years and still really loves it! She has a lot of experience with all hair textures and is a very diverse stylist. Healthy, beautiful hair is at the top of her list, so if that's what you are looking for...you should call today to make an appointment to see her. She great with helping you find the perfect custom cuts and color trends for you and your lifestyle. She also shares her knowledge as an educator at other salons. She uses Mizani and Paul Mitchell products for her services and retail for her clients. She specializes in relaxers, cuts, colors, foils pressing, sets, twists, many styles, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures. Whatever your beauty needs are, she would love to be at your service.
Terri Gerber – Hair Designer
Having grown up in this area, it was an easy decision to apprentice at Salon Tii Gavo. Now well in to her fifth year here, she can’t imagine working any where else. Haircuts, colors, foils, and updo’s are her favorite part of hair, second only to spending time with her daughter and third reading. She prides herself on taking several continuing education classes each year One of the highlights of her classes was a three day, intense, extended learning class in Costa Mesa, CA at the “Paul Mitchell The School”.
Wendy – Hair Designer
Wendy has been in the hair industry for 21 years. She bases her career on constant continuing education to keep up on current style-trends. She has traveled through out the US and for many years was a platform artist. She does specialty services such as chi straightening, design color/foils, and cutting. She also specializes in Pureology products.
